 Utah is where my career began, and it is still where I do some of my most meaningful work. I am Sophie Elliott, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering online therapy to adults across Utah, with a focus on trauma and addiction recovery.

I earned my Master of Social Work at the University of Utah and worked in Utah treatment settings before I moved to New York, so I understand this state's recovery world from the inside.

Today I see Utah clients entirely online, from Salt Lake City and Park City to Provo and the towns that sit hours from the nearest specialist.

The consultation is free and runs about fifteen minutes. Sessions after that are $200 for 50 minutes.

How Online Therapy Works In Utah

We meet for 50 minutes over a secure, HIPAA-compliant video link. All you really need is a private spot and a connection that holds. I am licensed throughout Utah, so I can see you anywhere in the state.
